Any person („User“) who has access to a website at: http://www.bozhikov-vatev.bg/, hereinafter referred to as „the Website“, and to the information and services therein, referred to as „Content“ Offered by BOZHIKOV & VATEV LAW FIRM, hereinafter referred to as the Provider, agrees and accepts these Terms of Use of the Website.
The user using this site undertakes to comply with these terms and conditions, as well as all provisions of Bulgarian and international law. In case of disagreement with the present conditions, the User is obliged to immediately stop using the Website. The provider is not responsible if the user has not read these terms.
1. Terms of use
1.1. The User has the right to use this site, as well as the information and materials contained in it, only for purposes permitted by law, without prejudice to the rights and restrict access to the Third-Party Website.
1.2. The use of the Website is at the initiative, desire, and expense of the User, subject to the restrictions in the Law on Copyright and Related Rights in favor of the copyright holder – BOZHIKOV & VATEV LAW FIRM.
1.3. The User has the right to view, store, copy and print the materials from the Website only for personal use in order to be informed about the services offered by the Provider and / or to place orders or request offers for services in the Provider.

The Provider has taken all necessary measures to ensure the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the information on the Website, as well as the absence of misleading data. However, BOZHIKOV & VATEV LAW FIRM does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the content on the site.
2.2. The use of the Website, as well as the actions that the User takes as a result, are the sole responsibility of the user.
2.3. Under no circumstances shall BOZHIKOV & VATEV LAW FIRM, its employees, managers, suppliers, agents or other third parties mentioned on the Website or involved in its creation be liable for any damages (including but not limited to) , direct, indirect, damages, loss of information or interruption of activity or other) caused in any way related to or resulting from use, inability to use or lack of access to the Website or materials published in it, as well as the handling of it (including technical problems, regardless of the efforts made by the Provider) or other sites to which the Website refers, as well as other materials, information, products or services that are contain or could be contained in some of these sites.

3.1. The Website may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites, resources, or advertisers. The Provider does not monitor these links on the Site, as they are provided for the convenience of users only, nor does the Provider guarantee their accuracy and reliability.
3.2. By using the links, the User is aware that he is leaving the Website. 5. Confidentiality
5.1. BOZHIKOV & VATEV LAW FIRM is a data controller of personal data being processed by way of the Website and guarantees the inviolability of this personal data, including, the user’s name and / or email address. They will be used only for the purposes for which they were obtained and will be processed in accordance with the Law Firm’s Privacy Policy.
5.2. Personal or identification data will not be used for any other purpose without the express written consent of the User, except in cases provided by law. The provider does not use and will not use the received information to send unsolicited messages (spam).
5.3. The Provider is not responsible for the personally identifiable information that the User discloses to other sites by using the links to them located on the Website.
5.4.
